The Warthog V-SHARP is the Worlds first adjustable, (17, 20, 25) freehand precision knife sharpener that sharpens your knife at a consistent angle every time.
The V-Sharp combines the latest sharpening technology in one compact unit that can be used with no sharpening skills and produces a sharp edge super fast.
The Diamond Sharpening System uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously. A set of finishing steels is included for making the knife razor sharp.
The 325 Grit Size is ideal for Kitchen, Pocket and Hunting Knives. It leaves a toothy, microfine serration to cut though tomato skin, or meats.
The 325 Grit Diamond Rods that come with the V-Sharp, produce Cutting Edges (Rough & Toothy). The Finishing Steels that come with the sharpener will get your knives to Shaving Sharp Edges, but please remember that this edge is very delicate and will dull quickly.
